• 8–12+ years in TA and consulting transformation roles
• Fluent English
• Proven experience delivering TA transformation
• Hands‑on expertise with ATS (Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or similar)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, TA technology, and recruitment analytics
• Experience with AI or automation in hiring
• Global or multi‑regional hiring exposure
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with execution discipline

• Lead end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition (TA) transformation across processes, technology, and operating models
• Define future‑state TA strategy, roadmap, and maturity improvements
• Drive centralization, standardization, and scalable delivery models
• Embed AI solutions across sourcing, screening, matching, and insights
• Enable predictive, data‑driven hiring and ensure responsible AI use
• Redesign and optimize full recruitment lifecycle (requisition to offer)
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks that drive performance
• Build and enhance modern TA tech ecosystems (ATS, CRM, automation)
• Integrate tools and digitize workflows at scale
• Advise senior leaders and shape TA solutions aligned to business needs
• Lead global workshops, diagnostics, and transformation initiatives
• Manage complex, multi‑region delivery with balanced standardization
