PMO Lead (with German)

The PMO team is part of the Application Development and Maintenance Practice in Poland, with headquarters in Wrocław, Poznań, and Gdańsk. The team supports clients in financial analysis, administration, process flow control, and communication flow control.

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position (experience in controlling is an additional asset)
• Preferred experience in leading small to medium-sized teams
• Analytical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and quick decision-making
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1), both spoken and written
• Good communication skills in English (B2)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (economic education preferred)

• Ensuring correct and timely settlement of the project
• Preparing project calculations and financial forecasts, reports, summaries, and presentations for project purposes
• Identification of deviations from the budget plan and their analysis
• Cooperation with other company units, including finance and accounting departments
