Senior Software Engineer (Python)

A team building backend systems for large-scale data processing and intelligent, data-driven products. Focused on Data Science and Machine Learning solutions.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing and running production backend systems
• Strong background in Python and experience building API-based services
• Practical knowledge of message queues or streaming platforms (e.g. Kafka)
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working with Linux-based systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally AWS (compute, networking, storage, monitoring)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, logging, and observability
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, data, and product teams
• English level min. B2

Nice to have:

• Interest in or exposure to Machine Learning, Generative AI, or agent-based systems
• Background in high-volume or data-heavy backend architectures
• Experience with additional programming languages such as Go or .NET

• Design and implement backend APIs and services for data processing and ML-driven systems
• Develop cloud-native microservices using modern DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Build and operate event-driven and streaming architectures for data-intensive workloads
• Optimize data pipelines, model-serving, and inference systems, including GPU-based workloads
• Ensure high standards for reliability, scalability, observability, and cost efficiency
• Participate in the full service lifecycle: architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
