Wymagania
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Hold the ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
- Understand ITSM, CMDB, and at least two additional ServiceNow modules.
- Familiar with databases, web services, and integration standards (REST, SOAP, SSO, SAML).
- Analytical problem-solving approach and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Confident communication in English (C1) with business and technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience with HRSD, CSM, or App Engine / Creator Workflows.
- ITIL knowledge or process-related certifications.
Obowiązki
- Administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance.
- Configure, customize, and extend platform capabilities to support business needs.
- Handle operational support processes, diagnose issues, and resolve them within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver meaningful platform improvements.
- Plan and execute platform upgrades and maintain version alignment across environments.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards.
