Business Intelligence Developer

• 3+ years in BI development (Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, Reporting).
• Advanced SQL, complex query authoring, and performance tuning with Oracle Database.
• Mastery of Power BI DAX and star schema modeling.
• Expert design of paginated reports, parameters, and subscriptions using SSRS.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing (Dimensional Modeling, OLAP) and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Nice to have:

• CI/CD & DevOps tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
• Cloud Platforms: Azure Synapse or AWS Redshift.

• Develop & Optimize: Build high-performance BI solutions, dashboards, and reports to drive data-led decision-making.
• Data Engineering: Design robust data models and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical BI specifications.
• Support & Document: Troubleshoot data issues, maintain system documentation, and provide end-user training.
