Lead the implementation and configuration of Planon software solutions for clients.
Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their facility management needs.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure the Planon system operates efficiently.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Planon system.
Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Planon software updates and industry best practices.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
