Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR controlling (consulting or large organization)
- Higher education
- Knowledge of mechanisms and principles of compensation system design
- Documented success in leading transformational and optimization projects in Total Rewards
- Practical knowledge of modern HR trends: pay transparency, skills-based organizations, pay equity, data-driven approach
- Advanced skills in data work, statistical analysis, and reporting (proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience partnering with management and ability to present recommendations and argue business decisions
- English language proficiency sufficient for preparing analyses
- High independence, creativity in solution seeking, and strong attention to quality and detail
Obowiązki
- Lead projects and implement tools related to compensation and benefits policy according to Comarch's strategy
- Co-create a global strategy and job framework supporting transparency and organizational scaling
- Prepare salary analyses, job evaluations, and model compensation structures
- Improve bonus systems emphasizing transparency and strategic goal achievement
- Automate processes related to salary reviews, bonuses, and job classification
- Conduct market benchmarking and analyze Comarch's offer competitiveness
- Support salary budgeting processes
- Collaborate with area leaders on shaping organizational culture in Total Rewards
- Initiate educational and communication activities for business regarding implemented changes
- Ensure process compliance with local legal regulations and global policies
- Cooperate with external providers (e.g., salary reports, market data)
