Senior Staff Architect Backend, Workflow

• 12+ years in software engineering or related fields
• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-team technical initiatives
• Ability to operate at both high-level architecture and low-level execution
• Proven track record of building distributed systems and large-scale system design
• Pragmatic decision-making balancing ideal design with real-world constraints
• Level positioning: Individual contributor, Director-equivalent
• Reporting line: VP Engineering
• Role location: Warsaw-based
• In office requirements: 3 days per week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
