Data Analyst/BI Developer

Polpharma S.A. is a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector focused on health care, involving teams from Production to Sales.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Data Analyst/BI Developer, including independently managing complex projects from start to finish
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis, query writing, and optimization
• Proficient in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and effective data modeling
• Ability to independently model data (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema, medallion architecture) based on business requirements
• Experience working independently in Azure Databricks and SQL Management Studio
• Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets, draw conclusions, and identify areas for improvement
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams
• Independence in problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and experience with version control systems (Git)
• Commercial experience with Microsoft Fabric beyond Power BI
• Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Azure Data Engineer)

• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand analytical needs and translate them into concrete solutions
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for analytical solutions
• Work with data engineers to provide necessary data in appropriate shape and scope (data modeling)
• Design, create, and develop data models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI tailored to business needs
• Analyze and integrate data (SQL queries) from various sources using Azure SQL and Azure Databricks to transform it into useful form
• Verify and validate data to ensure quality and consistency in reports
• Automate reporting and analytical processes
• Participate in implementation and development projects in the data analytics area
