Wymagania
- At least 3-4 years of hands‑on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
- Experience working across multiple ServiceNow domains, such as ITSM, Asset Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Request Fulfillment, or similar core areas.
- Understanding integrations, databases, and web service technologies (REST, SOAP, SAML, OAuth).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1), comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience with HRSD, CSM, or App Engine / Creator Workflows.
- ITIL knowledge or process-related certifications.
- Four years’ experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Obowiązki
- Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Analyze business needs and propose effective platform-based solutions.
- Participate in ServiceNow implementation, rollout, and optimization projects.
- Support day‑to‑day platform operations and assist end users.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high‑quality improvements.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
