The Technical Support Engineer role is part of the Cracow-based team responsible for supporting and troubleshooting applications in AP Automation, Capture, and Procurement. The position involves collaboration with R&D, L1 Support, and Consulting departments to resolve complex application-related issues and contribute to continuous process and system improvements.


Wymagania

  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as part of ongoing personal and professional growth.
  • Proficiency in both Polish and English (spoken and written) for communication with an international team and customers.
  • Solid general understanding of technology and comfort working in technical environments.
  • Experience working with SQL, XML, and JSON.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of technical problems.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and provide clear, actionable solutions.
  • Keen eye for detail, especially when diagnosing technical issues.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and delivering clear, effective support.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with AP processes or previous experience with AP Automation, Capture, Procurement, or other SaaS applications.

Obowiązki

  • Troubleshoot application and underlying technical issues within Medius Suite products propagated to L2 from other departments.
  • Support customers, partners, and consultants in resolving application-related problems, providing clear, timely, and detailed explanations, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with new features and product developments to resolve issues efficiently and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation of support cases, resolutions, and technical details to enhance future troubleshooting and knowledge sharing within the team.
