PMO Lead (with German)

The PMO team is part of the Application Development and Maintenance Practice in Poland, with headquarters in Wrocław, Poznań, and Gdańsk, supporting clients in financial analysis, administration, process flow control, and communication flow control.

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position (experience in controlling is an asset)
• Preferred experience in leading small to medium-sized teams
• Analytical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and quick decision-making
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1), both spoken and written
• Good communication skills in English (B2)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics

• Ensuring correct and timely settlement of the project
• Preparing project calculations, financial forecasts, reports, summaries, and presentations
• Identifying deviations from the budget plan and analyzing them
• Cooperating with other company units, including finance and accounting departments
• Driving effective project governance and ensuring consistent delivery standards
• Overseeing PMO processes and engaging closely with leadership
• Providing strategic guidance to project teams
• Fostering transparency, enabling data-driven decisions, and optimizing ways of working
