Senior UX Researcher

Bank Millennium S.A. is a bank focused on innovation and quality, providing high-level products and services while continuously improving competencies and collaboration. The central offices develop and enhance digital solutions across marketing, risk assessment, credit decisions, process and project management, administration, and HR.

• Minimum 3 years of experience independently designing and conducting usability research, including mobile app studies
• Knowledge of all research process stages from brief to summary
• Familiarity with research methods: card sorting, individual user interviews, customer journey and service blueprint mapping, usability testing of prototypes, desk research
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Independence, accuracy, and diligence in conducting research
• Analytical thinking and ability to visually present research results attractively
• English language proficiency sufficient for ongoing communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with eye-tracking or neuromarketing research

• Conduct usability studies and functional tests, validating designers' proposals against client needs
• Perform desk research and analyze existing mobile application solutions
• Visualize user processes and journeys as customer journeys
• Map client emotions, barriers, and needs at various process stages
• Design, plan, conduct, and summarize qualitative research
• Maintain documentation of research and experiments
• Support designers in formulating research hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with UX Designer, UI Designer, and Copywriter
• Commercialize research knowledge by organizing presentations and workshops for bank employees
