IT Project Manager

The role focuses on overseeing specific subprojects within a technology transformation program in the z/OS mainframe area, aiming to replace key mainframe technologies across multiple Nordic countries in the banking industry.

• 5+ years of project management experience
• IBM Mainframe experience (Z/OS)
• Good communication skills to work with different types of stakeholders across domains and countries
• Ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Broadcom/CA Technologies tools such as Endevor, Telon, Easytrieve, TPX, CA Spool, and JCL Check
• Experience working with projects related to conversions from one technology to another

• Management and coordination of activities of one or more projects/workstreams
• Own the operational plans for the projects/workstreams
• Coordinate activities towards the business teams when their activities are required
• Report to the program on progress, deviations, risks, and issues
• Facilitate project meetings and reporting
• Raise any identified gaps
