Senior Cloud AI Engineer

Green Minds Sp.zo.o. is recruiting for a strategic project focused on building cutting-edge Generative AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem for a global professional services leader on an international project.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and LLM orchestration (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LlamaIndex).
• Strong coding skills in Python or Node.js (TypeScript).
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL).
• Experience with service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architectures.
• Practical knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep).
• Fluent English (B2/C1) for collaboration with stakeholders in the USA, Europe, and APAC.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).
• Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem (for integration and architectural alignment).
• Experience building Microsoft 365 / Teams agents and plugins.

• Design and implement large-scale AI-driven software solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit.
• Build and optimize advanced Generative AI tools, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and API-based plugins.
• Develop microservices and scalable backend components using Python or Node.js (TypeScript).
• Lead innovation by translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and robust AI agents.
• Implement best practices in CI/CD, DevOps (Azure DevOps/GitHub), and cloud security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams (UX, Data, Business) in an Agile Scrum environment.
