You will support system integrators and utility customers across the full solution lifecycle, from technical pre-sales engagements to post-deployment support, working with complex wireless systems and collaborating with engineering, product management, and customer teams.
Wymagania
- BSc or MSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in customer support and testing of network or telecommunication systems
- Strong knowledge of Wi‑Fi standards, broadband applications, and IP protocols (IPv4/IPv6/TCP/UDP)
- Advanced Linux skills and familiarity with databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer‑focused mindset
- Preferred: Experience with 4G/5G, 3GPP specifications, field testing, debugging tools (Wireshark, QXDM), VMware, or CRM system

- Provide advanced technical support for system integrators and utility customers using Hitachi Energy Wireless Solutions
- Debug, analyze, and resolve complex issues to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction
- Support product integration, configuration, and launch activities at customer sites
- Prepare and configure devices for demonstrations, diagnostics, evaluations, and technical briefings
- Perform remote and onsite service work, including equipment assessment and software or hardware upgrades
- Utilize Customer Resolution Management tools to track, escalate, and manage technical issues
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, and product management to improve product quality and customer experience
- Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, trade shows, and technical conferences
