• Knowledge of Linux (RedHat Enterprise Linux, Debian) and Windows Server
• Experience administering MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases
• Experience in planning, maintaining, and developing application and database environments
• Knowledge and development of CI/CD tools and automation processes
• Understanding of software development processes and infrastructure support
• Ability to monitor system and application availability, performance, and capacity
• Knowledge of virtualization and containerization
• Knowledge of telecommunication systems including VoIP
• General technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and software
• Experience with Call Center systems maintenance is welcome

• Manage telecommunication systems including VoIP
• Maintain general IT infrastructure and software knowledge
• Experience in maintaining Call Center systems is a plus
