Product/Project Manager

Scalo is a company offering remote work with occasional visits to their Warsaw office. The role involves managing projects end-to-end in the financial or banking sector, working in an international environment.

• Certification in one of the methodologies: Agile, PMI, or PRINCE2
• Experience in managing end-to-end projects, including hybrid models
• Experience working in the financial or banking sector
• Ability to communicate project status to stakeholders and sponsors
• Knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team
• English communication skills at minimum C1 level
• Knowledge of Agile scaling or hybrid frameworks is an advantage

• Manage program/project end-to-end including scope, time, budget, quality, and risks
• Coordinate project team work and support its efficiency
• Monitor and control budget according to internal standards
• Collaborate with external suppliers and business partners
• Report project status to stakeholders and sponsors
• Work in an international environment
