Infor M3 Business Analyst Order to Cash

Galderma is a dermatology company present in approximately 90 countries, delivering a portfolio of premium brands and services in Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology. Founded in 1981, the company focuses on skin health and partners with healthcare professionals. The role is based in Galderma's IT hub at Unity Tower in Krakow, Poland.

• Bachelor’s degree in management IT and Accounting
• Five or more years of professional experience with M3, across multiple functions and business processes with a strong focus on Pricing, Rebates, Discount, and Commercial policies
• Experience with ERP systems and planning software
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements to derive functional specifications
• Project management and coordination capabilities
• General understanding of IT infrastructure and applications
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

• Analyse business processes, requirements, data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, working closely with Domain and Service Owners
• Define project scope by creating scoping documents and contribute to business case development and resource planning
• Lead early business and functional design activities, including high-level solution workshops and effort assessments (resources, timelines, budget, and skills)
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions aligned with customer objectives and IT strategy
• Support the design, implementation, and integration of new solutions, including replacing local systems with global platforms and supporting maintenance mode
• Coordinate User Requirements Specifications (URS), solution testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Act as the primary IT contact for external consultants
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
• Ensure solutions meet GxP and regulatory requirements
