IT Cloud Analytics Architect (Snowflake Architect)

Galderma is a dermatology company present in approximately 90 countries, delivering a portfolio of premium brands and services in Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology. Founded in 1981, it focuses on dermatology and advancing skin health.

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate environment with data warehouse architecture, ETL processing, BI and reporting platforms.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and fostering data-driven culture.
• In-depth knowledge of data management, data governance frameworks, data cataloging, and master data management.
• 8+ years experience in Python and modern data platforms.
• 8+ years experience in cloud databases.
• 8+ years experience with orchestration tools, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Strong background in cloud (Azure) environment with experience in Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure analytic services.
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or BOBJ preferred.
• Familiarity with data frameworks such as Data Fabric, Data Mesh, Data Lakehouse.
• Proven leadership in data modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience driving adoption of cloud-native/cloud-first architectures.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

• Work with IT Analytics leadership to develop sustainable data/information architecture across Galderma.
• Collaborate with internal customers to understand business areas, processes, and operational data needs.
• Review business requests for service enhancements, cost evaluation, and standards reviews.
• Design solutions enabling seamless data flow between source systems, applications, and cloud platforms.
• Guide data lifecycle management including collection, processing, storage, archival, and disposal.
• Ensure data/information architectures meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement data security frameworks including encryption, data masking, and access controls.
• Provide expertise in data governance and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drive architecture reviews, identify gaps, recommend design solutions, and facilitate future needs discussions.
• Lead rationalization of integration technologies to deliver a reliable and scalable integration framework.
• Research and propose architectural advancements and integration changes across the organization.
