Senior IT Project Manager (k/m) [107-140 zł/h netto + VAT B2B]

Deviniti is a company with a Unit Application Development team of about 80 people working on creating, developing, and maintaining custom projects for clients worldwide. The competency team for this role consists of approximately seven Project Managers.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
• Experience managing corporate projects, preferably in financial or insurance institutions.
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Ability to assess individual team members' work efficiency.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, mixed).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in client development and needs creation.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Tempo).
• Good command of English at B2/C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT projects with clients outside Poland.
• Ability to improve work using AI tools.
• Experience in business and technical requirements analysis.

• Plan, execute, and coordinate IT projects.
• Verify the efficiency and performance of project team members, including quality of work and contribution to project goals.
• Mentor and coach the team to support competency development through advice, engagement building, and inspiring professional qualification improvement.
• Define project scope, schedule, and manage risks.
• Create comprehensive project documentation and optimize internal processes according to industry standards.
• Monitor work progress and report to stakeholders.

The position requires candidates to be located in Wrocław or nearby due to hybrid work mode.
