Data Scientist

SalesTube is the largest martech & e-commerce connected agency in CEE, serving over 150 clients in 30 markets. It integrates technological, analytical, e-commerce, and media competencies into a strategic-execution process. The Intelligence Division combines expertise in data integration, modeling, and activation using platforms like Google Analytics 360, Adobe, Adform DMP, Tealium, Google Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Minimum one year of experience in marketing mix modeling (MMM) with documented projects.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages.
• Very good command of English and Polish (minimum C1) for documentation, correspondence, and client meetings.
• Ability to regularly come to the office (preferably one day per week).
• Higher education (minimum bachelor's degree), preferably in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods, or related fields.

• Gathering business requirements from clients and client teams for marketing mix modeling (MMM) and Data Science projects.
• Leading and executing MMM and Data Science projects from requirements gathering through delivery to the client.
• Implementing solutions in Python using tools such as Meridian, Vertex AI, Scikit-learn, pandas, and BigQuery.
• Providing consulting services in marketing mix modeling and Data Science for Polish and English-speaking clients.
• Preparing and automating attribution, segmentation, and predictive analyses (e.g., RFM, pLTV).
