Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist

Be part of a digital transformation milestone launching the industry's inaugural implementation of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, focusing on transitioning critical assets from legacy Veeva environments into a modern Salesforce ecosystem.

• Deep, hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud, ideally within regulated Life Sciences or Pharma contexts.
• Proven track record of migrating data from Veeva systems, with solid knowledge of Veeva Network data structures.
• Expert-level knowledge of Zero-Copy architecture and connecting Data Cloud with Databricks.
• High-level experience with Master Data Management tools, specifically Informatica within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to navigate complex, time-sensitive projects with clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.

Nice to have:

• Salesforce, Informatica, or Data Management certifications.
• Experience in large-scale or "Greenfield" Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with GxP or other relevant Life Sciences compliance frameworks.

• Design and spearhead the end-to-end data migration roadmap to move business-critical assets from Veeva to Salesforce (SFDC).
• Transition Master Data Management from Veeva Network to the Salesforce platform using Informatica to rebuild and refine data models.
• Deploy advanced Salesforce Data Cloud functionalities, focusing on Zero-Copy integration with Databricks for real-time data availability.
• Act as the subject matter expert for data integrity and compliance, ensuring alignment with Life Sciences sector standards.
• Partner with technical squads and business leaders to maintain a unified data vision and ensure project milestones are met.
