IT Security Team Lead

Simon-Kucher Core Business Services Sp. z o. o. operates in a global environment with an international team.

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in managing an IT Security team.
• Experience in at least 2 of the following areas of IT Security: Cloud Security, Email Security, Endpoint Security, Identity and Access Management, Network Security, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management, Security Awareness, Security Operations.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid time management and organizational skills to integrate into a global workflow.
• Strong initiative and self-starter.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as CISSP and CISM.

• Organizing the work of the IT security team by monitoring available resources and creating and maintaining work schedules (e.g. on-call service for daily operations).
• Ensuring that the IT Security Team knows and understands team goals and requirements.
• Ensuring that the quality of service remains effective and consistent.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of IT Security processes and ensuring that documentation of said processes is in place and up to date.
• Ensuring that the team stays engaged and motivated.
• Providing relevant feedback to each team member in monthly meetings.
• Defining goals for personal development (expertise or soft skills).
• Identifying relevant training together with each team member, taking into account the IT Security group’s strategy.
• Monitoring vendor performance and serving as an escalation point.
