Mode2 Frontend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer who excels in the React ecosystem and wants to impact the product from architecture through UX to application stability. The role involves ownership of solutions, proposing improvements, and working closely with business teams and end-users.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing web applications in React
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience in UI/UX design, including wireframes and prototypes
• Knowledge of design patterns and frontend best practices
• Experience with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with service management systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
• Customer-focused mindset and experience supporting end-users

• Design and develop modern web applications using React and TypeScript
• Implement UI/UX improvements and optimize application performance and stability
• Contribute to frontend architecture and make technical decisions
• Analyze requirements and suggest improvements or solutions
