Full-Stack Developer ( Ruby on Rail/ React Native/ TypeScript)

• Strong experience in Ruby on Rails in production environments
• Knowledge of React Native and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS
• Ability to build scalable, reliable systems
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and validating AI-generated code

Nice to have:

• Experience building high-performance microservices in Rust, C++, or Node.js
• Salesforce integration experience
• Passion for AI-native products and workflow automation

• Develop and maintain the backend using Ruby on Rails
• Build new features and extend the Self-Service Portal
• Collaborate on system architecture and scalability decisions
• Implement AI-powered features, including text-to-JSON parsers
• Integrate with Salesforce and other internal systems as needed
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools while ensuring code quality and validation
