Senior Product Designer

North Star designs digital brands and products, working with tech sector leaders and innovators ranging from scale-ups to enterprises undergoing transformation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product and web design, either in-house in a digital product or at a software house
• Excellent aesthetic sense and awareness of current digital design trends
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the above skills
• Ability to work independently and iteratively
• Ownership of projects
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of tools: Figma, Pitch, Loom
• Ability to use AI tools in the design process

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of low-code tools (Webflow, Framer)
• Experience in motion design

• Designing mobile applications, web applications, and websites
• Building design systems
• Creating visual identities
• Co-creating creative directions
• Participating in the discovery process
• Leading and participating in design workshops with clients
• Designing solutions based on research, user needs, and business goals
• Preparing presentation materials and design documentation
