Wymagania
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar)
- Strong communication, storytelling, and active listening skills
- Solid practical knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and web technologies
- Good understanding of web applications (front-end, back-end, REST APIs, integrations)
- Hands-on experience with API testing and debugging tools (e.g. Postman, browser DevTools)
- Practical experience with AI-powered tools and LLM-based solutions, understanding prompts, models, context windows, embeddings
- Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment environments (Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and product demos to technical and non-technical audiences
- Customer-oriented mindset with ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Good English communication skills (C1+)
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, rich text editors, or content management ecosystems
- Experience with Salesforce
- Projects portfolio on GitHub
- Experience creating technical documentation or contributing to knowledge bases
Obowiązki
- Support the sales team in pre-sales calls by providing technical expertise, answering prospect questions, and addressing technical concerns
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demos based on customer requirements and specific use cases
- Conduct technical support calls and provide L1 technical support to customers
- Run customer onboarding sessions to ensure smooth adoption of products
- Prepare technical documentation, integration guides, and product briefs for the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, proactively engaging to ensure their success
- Collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product and GTM teams
- Create and maintain a knowledge base including playbooks, ready-made solutions, FAQs, and best practices
- Write workarounds, simpler implementations, and integration examples for customers
- Continuously deepen technical knowledge of products and the broader ecosystem
