Automic Workload/UC4 Technical Support Engineer

• Preferably 3+ years’ experience in IT Operations, infrastructure services support, operations monitoring, or end user support
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent certifications considered an advantage
• Good knowledge and working experience in Broadcom Automic Workload Automation/UC4
• Experience or knowledge in additional Workload Automation software such as Broadcom/CA Workload Automation (Autosys), BMC Control-M, IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience in administration of Linux/UNIX based OS, Microsoft Windows Server, system administration, application deployment and configuration
• Understanding of the correlation between Workload Automation software, applications, databases, and hosting OS
• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Deliver operational services to outsourcing accounts covering the team’s portfolio skillset
• Plan, coordinate, and implement changes (Request For Change), service requests, and project tasks
• Perform proactive analysis of issues, identify solutions, and apply necessary fixes
• Perform daily operational activities, incident resolution, and communication with involved teams to deliver stable service
• Troubleshoot in conjunction with vendor and third-party support
• Perform other duties according to IT Service Management processes
