• At least 9 years of professional experience in Treasury Operations within a global organization.
• Confirmed experience in leading teams, including supporting their development and daily performance.
• Extensive knowledge of Cash Management, Banking, and Treasury Operations.
• Proficiency with financial and analytical systems, with a proven ability to implement process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• A mindset characterized by initiative, accountability, detail-focused, analytics, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written (Polish language skills would be an additional asset).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance or a related field.

• Oversee handling of daily cash tasks, such as monitoring cash levels, managing short-term liquidity needs, and posting transactions.
• Oversee creating and maintaining a 12-month daily cash-flow forecast, working closely with finance and market teams.
• Manage banking matters, including questions from banks, mandate updates, and user access issues.
• Process and approve manual payments and payment runs, coordinating with banks to confirm and track them.
• Lead a team, supporting their development, engagement, and day-to-day performance.
• Build positive relationships with banks, external partners, internal teams, and prepare regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Improve Treasury Operations processes by identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance workflows.
• Actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing, supporting cross-team collaboration and the company’s wider community initiative.
