We are recruiting a End-User Support Engineer to ensure smooth day-to-day IT support for employees across onsite and remote scenarios. You will apply network troubleshooting, Windows endpoint administration, Microsoft Intune support, and IT service operations practices, including visiting our Krakow office several times a week.


Wymagania

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals and hands-on troubleshooting techniques
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows endpoint administration and management
  • Working knowledge of IT service operations and best practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and support
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight timelines
  • Readiness to follow instructions from direct supervisors and internal processes
  • English language proficiency at B1+ (intermediate) level or higher, written and spoken

Nice to have:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
  • Experience supporting MacOS and Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with remote access tools for troubleshooting and support

Obowiązki

  • Provide technical support to end users onsite and remotely
  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, printers, and scanners
  • Coordinate with service providers and network engineers for issue resolution
  • Support and maintain meeting room technology and equipment
  • Ensure service level agreements and ticket response times are met
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications
  • Manage and resolve incident tickets efficiently
  • Oversee server room operations and maintenance
  • Organize and manage IT equipment cabling
  • Follow all IT-related work instructions and procedures
  • Maintain and update records of hardware inventory
