Senior Platform Engineer- In‑Country Applications

• 5–7+ years of experience in application support, or systems engineering within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoint operating systems and application stacks including performance, networking, and security policy issues; familiarity with Windows Server is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, MSI/Win32 packaging, and software deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking including network design concepts, segmentation, routing, firewalls, SSL/TLS certificates, DNS, proxies, traffic flows, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation, scripting, packaging helpers, and operational efficiency.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Release.
• Strong communication skills, able to work with global teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation and maintain knowledge base.

• Resolve complex OS, application, and network issues; diagnose hardware and compatibility problems.
• Assess, package, deploy, test, and maintain in-country business applications with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor and remediate application and server vulnerabilities; coordinate patching with vendors within SLAs.
• Lead RCA investigations, coordinate escalations, and implement long-term remediation plans.
• Manage ITIL-compliant changes, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain secure application access.
• Identify automation opportunities, develop scripts/tools, and monitor & optimize application and server performance.
