Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model.

• 5+ years of professional experience in cloud or platform engineering, with a focus on AWS and hybrid architectures.
• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar senior role.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong expertise in building secure, highly available, and scalable systems in enterprise environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Practical experience working in fast-paced, global teams and environments.
• Language Required for the role: Fluent in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and integration with on-premise systems.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented cloud engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee development and maintenance of comprehensive cloud patterns and solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
• Partner with application teams to facilitate migration to cloud-native architectures on AWS and hybrid platforms.
• Champion a frictionless onboarding experience for developers, accelerating transition to cloud environments.
• Define and prioritize product features aligned with business and engineering goals, ensuring delivery of high-value solutions.
• Ensure all cloud solutions adhere to “security-first” principles, complying with high security standards and best practices.
• Drive architectural best practices ensuring solutions are highly available, resilient, and scalable.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and strategic vision, reporting progress regularly.
• Actively participate in cloud governance to meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Serve as a key member of the customer advisory board, gathering feedback to enhance cloud onboarding initiatives.
