CRM Developer with German

Our client is a leading German creative agency delivering innovative IT solutions across multiple projects, primarily focused on developing applications for national and local government administration. The team works in a dynamic, agile environment with cutting-edge technologies to create scalable and efficient business solutions.

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in XML, C#, .NET, and debugging complex problems.
• Solid understanding of Power Platform, including workflow creation, app development, and integrations.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, including consumption and development.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server, including queries, optimization, and integration with Dynamics 365.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams with a proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
• Technical communication skills in German (min. B2 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience configuring and building custom modules, including external API development.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps infrastructure and management.

• Design, implement, and maintain CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Financial Services).
• Extend and enhance functionality leveraging Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Virtual Agents.
• Work with Dataverse and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) to efficiently manage and query data.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, including unit and end-to-end tests, ensuring high code quality and reliability.
• Actively participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and service teams in both German and English.
