Senior API Administrator

ITDS Polska Sp. z o.o. supports financial service providers in technology, organization, and digitization. The company has over 300 IT implementation professionals and serves more than 20 clients in the Banking, Insurance, Payment & Fintech Industry. ITDS specializes in digital strategy delivery and best-of-breed lending solutions, with successful projects throughout Europe since 1998.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in API management or administration roles
• Proficiency with Gravitee or other API solutions such as Kong, Tyk, or Azure API Management
• Strong understanding of API design, security, and management best practices
• Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs
• Basic familiarity with Kubernetes environments
• Analytical skills for log analysis, traffic management, and system performance monitoring
• Polish — good command of the language is essential

Nice to have:

• Experience with API analytics and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of advanced security protocols and encryption methods
• Scripting or automation experience within cloud environments

• Deploy, configure, and maintain the Gravitee API Management Platform to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor API traffic and analyze logs to identify anomalies and improve system reliability
• Implement and manage API security protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT
• Support development teams with integration, troubleshooting, and best practices advice
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance API security and efficiency
• Develop and automate operational tasks within cloud environments, including scripting and configuration
• Stay updated with evolving security standards, audit requirements, and industry best practices
