Head of Product (AI)

Omniviser.ai is a technology company building an AI-powered Business Operating System that integrates company data and supports real-time business decision-making.

We are currently transitioning from startup to scale-up, developing our product, growing our organization, and preparing for international expansion.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, including leadership experience
• Experience working on digital products, preferably SaaS or platform-based solutions
• Experience with AI/ML solutions in production is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of product management and delivery processes
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong ownership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level
• Polish proficiency at minimum C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in a scale-up environment
• Experience working with international clients
• Background in data science or data engineering
• Experience supporting investment or due diligence processes

• Own the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization
• Manage delivery of AI and data projects
• Build and implement delivery processes, including sprint planning, estimations, and release management
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, AI engineers, PMs, and DevOps
• Align business, product, and technology perspectives
• Ensure quality and predictability of delivered solutions
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and feedback
• Collaborate closely with the CTO on product development and execution
• Support pre-sales activities and strategic decision-making
