Conversation Designer (Junior/Regular)

Alfavox offers a wide range of products and services including business communication tools, voice processing technologies such as speech recognition and synthesis, and solutions dedicated to the public sector to support effective communication between institutions and citizens.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in conversation design, UX writing, or related roles (e.g., copywriter in bot/AI projects, dialogue systems analyst)
• Practical knowledge of at least one chatbot design or conversational platform tool (e.g., Voiceflow, Botpress, Dialogflow, NICE CXone, Rasa, Cognigy, or similar)
• Ability to create and document conversation flows including diagrams, scripts, and intent matrices
• Very good command of the Polish language
• Good command of English for reading documentation and team communication (minimum B2 level)
• Understanding of basic NLU/NLP concepts: intents, entities, contexts, confidence score
• Analytical thinking skills and ability to break down complex business processes into logical dialogue steps
• Independence in task execution with support from seniors
• Basic knowledge of no-code/low-code design or programming solutions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design
• Experience designing Voice User Interfaces (VUI) or voice assistants (IVR, voicebot)
• Basic knowledge of generative AI and prompt engineering in the context of chatbots

• Designing and editing dialogue scenarios (conversation flows) for chatbots and voice assistants based on UX guidelines and business briefs
• Mapping user journeys, identifying intents, creating decision trees, and handling edge cases
• Creating and maintaining conversational documentation: scripts, intent specifications, entities, and responses
• Collaborating with product teams, developers, and business analysts during implementations and iterations
• Conducting conversational tests, analyzing conversation logs, identifying errors and weak points in dialogues
• Optimizing existing flows based on analytical data and user feedback
• Participating in workshops with clients or internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and domain knowledge
