Wymagania
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with Infor ERP systems (LN, CloudSuite) in a technical role.
- Knowledge of installation and configuration of Infor environments.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL / Oracle).
- Knowledge of networking concepts (VPN, firewall, routing, certificates).
- Knowledge of user, profile, and permission management.
- Knowledge of system integration (REST, SOAP, API, middleware, EDI).
- Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux systems.
- Experience managing updates, patches, and environment lifecycle.
- Higher education degree.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
Obowiązki
- Installation and inventory of Infor software, including Infor LN, Infor OS, and Infor Factory Track.
- Collaboration with clients (mainly client IT departments), implementation teams, and internal IT department.
- Preparing environment sizing.
- Providing technical support (local and remote) to end users.
- Handling incidents in the client's ticketing system.
- Resolving technical issues related to Infor software.
- Managing user accounts and resources in Active Directory.
- Managing Infor licenses and SSL certificates.
- Configuring user access, permissions, and profiles.
- Creating technical documentation.
