Helpdesk IT (F/M/D)

• Higher education, preferably in IT or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT helpdesk role in a diverse business and technological environment.
• Experience supporting IT users in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience diagnosing network issues and working with office devices.
• Knowledge of IT security issues and data protection methods.
• Very good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• High communication skills and assertiveness.

• Responsibility, accuracy, and timeliness in task execution.
• High personal culture.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2) for working with non-Polish-speaking users.

• Provide user support for approximately 200+ users within the IT service team for companies in the Owner Group structure.
• Resolve daily issues related to computers running Microsoft Windows and macOS with Microsoft 365 Apps, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Support usage of network and office devices as well as phones (Android and iOS) and tablets.
• Support users in daily work with computers in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Support users in handling office devices (printers and scanners) and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and support resolution of network problems in local networks and internet access.
• On-board new users including first login, MFA configuration, and application parameterization.
• Collaborate with 2nd line support team and system and network administrators.
• Support IT environment development based on user feedback.
• Participate in IT projects aimed at developing the environment towards modern technologies and solutions, including testing new applications.
• Report purchasing needs for IT software and hardware.
