Delivery Manager - Data Migration (Banking)

• Proven experience leading end-to-end, large-scale data migrations, ideally within financial services or banking.
• Ability to interrogate data mapping logic, understand ETL complexities, and identify data quality gaps.
• Experience designing and leading mock migrations / dress rehearsals to de-risk the final Go-Live.
• Deep understanding of data reconciliation frameworks to ensure 100% data integrity and auditability post-migration.
• Ability to navigate complex governance in a major bank while maintaining agility.
• Outcome-obsessed mindset prioritizing completion and proactive problem solving.

• Lead a mission-critical data migration for a major financial institution.
• Bridge the gap between engineering squads and the bank’s strategic leadership.
• Own the strategy for dress rehearsals / mock migrations to ensure a seamless final cutover without disrupting global operations.
