Senior Game Analyst / Product Analyst

Artifex Mundi is a mobile F2P game developer with over 15 years of experience and more than 100 employees divided into two independent studios: Adventure and RPG. The role is for the project Unsolved, which combines adventure game passion with F2P experience.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis for product development in gamedev or IT
• Very good knowledge of analytical tools and data management systems (e.g., Tableau, Firebase Analytics with Big Query, Excel)
• Internal drive to find answers to "why" in analyses
• Excellent analytical skills, data visualization, and ability to present key conclusions and recommendations
• Proactivity in action and creative problem solving
• Experience with SQL
• Highly developed organizational skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in F2P game projects
• Management experience

• Collaborate closely with the team to define the direction and development plan of the game
• Monitor key game metrics and proactively ensure completeness and quality of game data in analytical systems
• Create recommendations for the team, initiate game changes, and evaluate their impact on player behavior and product profitability
• Analyze player behavior, create hypotheses for A/B tests, and continuously seek optimization goals through changes in game economy and product vision
• Own and influence pricing strategy and game economy
• Participate in further development of BI systems by building new KPIs and reports
• Collaborate with the project team and management to present results of implemented changes, their impact on key game metrics, and further recommendations
