Expert Developer Engineer

Tribe Aplikacji Wewnętrznych Ryzyka i Finansów is a 45-person team of experts responsible for creating and developing modern solutions for the Finance and Risk Division. The team focuses on shaping a programming environment suited to corporate challenges, developing applications, and implementing business initiatives. They work on regulatory solutions and improvements with emphasis on security, new technologies, and automation, minimizing technical debt. The team operates using Agile methodology.

• Higher education in computer science or related fields
• Experience programming in Java
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably GCP
• Understanding of software development processes and design patterns
• Ability to create solutions that can be automatically tested
• Familiarity with Maven and Gradle tools
• Ability to write queries in SQL and CQL

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Apache Spark
• Knowledge of Apache Cassandra
• Knowledge of Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Knowledge of Linux

• Develop, maintain, and support applications supporting the Risk Department
• Ensure IT security of developed solutions
• Create automated tests
• Work with large volumes of data with diverse structures
• Integrate solutions with other internal bank systems
• Work in a self-organizing team using Agile (Scrum) methodology
