Senior Project Management Officer

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO or related function.
• Strong ability to analyze financial and project data.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.
• Strong presentation, summarization, and reporting skills (finance, cost, progress, RAID).
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with a positive “can-do” attitude.

• Track, maintain, and report on project financial data, including actuals, accruals, and forecasts.
• Perform forecast vs. actual spend analysis and prepare month-end commentary for business stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on financial standing versus project deliveries, ensuring timely updates of system feeds.
• Manage day-to-day PMO activities and respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Support resource and portfolio management, including recruitment and team ramp-up.
• Collect, collate, and process status updates from stakeholders.
• Maintain and update process documents and information sources.
• Coordinate regular project and programme-level reporting.
• Monitor risks and issues related to project finance and ensure timely resolution.
