Senior Data Engineer

• Senior-level experience in data engineering and analytics platforms
• Strong SQL and Databricks skills
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (e.g. Azure)
• Understanding of batch, incremental/CDC, and event-driven patterns
• Experience modernizing legacy data solutions (e.g. SSIS to cloud)
• Ability to work in ambiguous, early-stage design phases

• Co-design data solutions with the Business Analyst
• Define target cloud-native data architecture (scalable, secure)
• Design logical and physical data models, data flows, and integrations
• Assess feasibility, risks, dependencies, and complexity early
• Prepare designs ready for transition into the Build-it phase
