Senior Product Designer

Kodify Media Group has over 15 years of success producing world-class video content and managing high-traffic websites. The company focuses on teamwork and innovation in the video streaming industry, operating fully remotely within the EU.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product / UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex web platforms and consumer-facing digital products.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to create clear, usable, and well-considered design solutions.
• Experience designing high-traffic, consumer-facing digital products, including acquisition, activation, retention, and recovery flows.
• Comfortable contributing across the full design process from discovery and ideation to validation, delivery, and iteration.
• High proficiency in Figma and modern design tools with attention to UI quality, interaction design, and consistency.
• Experience shaping and governing design systems in Figma, including defining and documenting design tokens (color, spacing, typography).
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into design improvements.
• Comfortable using product data, feedback, and metrics to inform design decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Experience working in remote-first or distributed teams, collaborating across time zones.
• Strong communication skills in English, able to explain design decisions clearly and constructively.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities responsibly, and deliver high-quality work collaboratively.
• Keeps up to date with UX, product, and design developments and applies relevant best practices.
• Experience and curiosity in using AI tools in design and prototyping.

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions enhancing product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Design features and experiences supporting the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and recovery.
• Make strategic design and UX decisions for core products and new features.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
• Develop clean, modern, and responsive designs for various devices and interfaces, including conversion-focused landing pages.
• Manage all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Employ a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate designs with customers.

This position is fully remote within the EU. Core hours for collaboration are 10:00 to 15:00 CET.
