Senior Full-Stack Engineer

TrueLoyal offers a leading loyalty rewards platform used by thousands of customers in 50+ countries, helping global brands launch holistic loyalty programs combining technology, data analytics, and strategy consultation.

Essential:

• Experience implementing web apps using React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Expertise in developing APIs using Ruby on Rails and Python; familiarity with REST and JSON
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and OpenSearch
• Strong understanding of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills in a remote, collaborative environment
• Pragmatic problem-solving approach and adaptability to change

Desirable:

• Familiarity with AWS services (SNS/SQS, S3, Timestream, Quick) and DevOps principles
• Experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like AWS ECS or EKS
• Understanding of configuring scalable and customizable features for enterprise clients

• Work across the full stack including back-end, front-end, testing, and cloud infrastructure
• Design and implement features and services with the team
• Mentor and drive quality and reliability
• Break complex goals into simple, iterative deliverables
• Commit to high-speed iterations, high code quality, and continuous improvement via agile processes
• Ensure long-term quality, scalability, maintainability, and security of the codebase
• Support live system operations in production, including outside regular business hours
