CLM Analyst / Consultant

Green Minds Sp.zo.o. is a company involved in digital transformation projects with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, working with Fortune 500 clients across Europe and globally.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes or parts thereof (Request, Authoring, Negotiation, Approval, Execution, Obligation Management, Renewal/Amendment, Reporting)
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and business process mapping
• Familiarity with common contracting challenges in procurement, sales, and legal
• Experience facilitating requirement workshops and creating user stories or BRDs
• Hands-on experience with at least one major CLM platform or similar software (e.g., Icertis, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, Coupa, SAP Ariba, DocuSign CLM, TrustOne, ServiceNow for Legal, low code platforms)
• Experience in platform configuration, workflow design, clause libraries, and metadata modelling
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field

Nice to have:

• Understanding of data migration, integration (e.g., with ERP/CRM systems), and reporting tools
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI)
• Certifications in Icertis, Sirion, or other CLM tools
• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, or Scrum)

• Lead or support CLM solution implementations across industries
• Collaborate with clients' legal, procurement, IT, and business teams to gather and analyse requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Configure CLM platforms or support custom development teams
• Assist in testing, training, change management, and go-live activities
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
