System Analyst (AI/ML)

Smart Topaz is partnering with a large financial organization that is expanding its technology landscape with a strong focus on data and AI/ML-driven solutions. As part of this growth, the company is building its system analysis capabilities to better support complex integrations and modern digital products.

Smart Topaz is partnering with an international organization operating in a large-scale digital and customer-focused environment. The company is currently strengthening its Marketing Automation and personalization capabilities to support the development of omnichannel customer communication and engagement initiatives.

• At least 3 years of experience in system analysis within IT projects
• Experience in process and system modeling (UML, BPMN)
• Understanding of modern system architectures (e.g. microservices) and integration patterns
• Experience in data modeling and designing system communication
• Experience in analyzing and designing system interfaces
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence
• Higher education in a technical field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, or similar)

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g. embeddings, fine-tuning, RAG, context window, limitations of LLMs)
• Experience in projects involving AI/ML components

• Performing functional and system analysis for new and existing solutions
• Designing data flows and integrations between systems
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation (data models, interface specifications, process flows, architecture diagrams)
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and data/AI teams to define solutions
• Supporting system and solution design from an architectural perspective
• Providing analytical support across the full development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)
• Participating in system testing and supporting implementation and post-deployment phases
