Smart Topaz is partnering with an international organization operating in a large-scale digital and customer-focused environment. The company is currently strengthening its Marketing Automation and personalization capabilities to support the development of omnichannel customer communication and engagement initiatives.

• Experience in building conversational bots or similar AI-driven solutions
• Strong programming skills (Python and/or JavaScript)
• Experience with bot development frameworks or platforms
• Understanding of UX/UI principles in the context of conversational interfaces
• Ability to analyze user data and translate insights into improvements
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to react quickly to technical challenges
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of user needs and ability to translate them into practical solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience with voicebots or speech-based solutions
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts used in conversational systems
• Experience working in large-scale or high-traffic environments

• Designing and developing conversational bots (chatbots and voicebots) across multiple channels (mobile app, voice/phone)
• Building and maintaining bot logic, integrations, and user interaction flows
• Monitoring user interactions and analyzing data to identify improvement areas
• Continuously optimizing bot performance based on data and user feedback
• Collaborating with business teams to understand processes and translate them into conversational solutions
• Running workshops and supporting stakeholders in improving and automating processes
• Exploring new trends in conversational AI and applying them in practice
