Product Manager

Demant Operations Poland sp. z o.o. is an international organization involved in the production and service operations for hearing aid devices, focusing on production test software and systems within the med-tech and hearing healthcare industry.

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SAFe or scaled agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of production test systems, test software, automated test equipment, or manufacturing processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align diverse global teams.
• Structured problem solving capabilities and a value-driven mindset.
• Experience in med-tech, hearing healthcare, or regulated electronics industries is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English (Polish is a plus).

• Own and evolve a unified product vision and roadmap for production test capabilities, aligned with strategic themes, architectural runways, and lean budget guardrails.
• Manage the flow of work to ensure enough features are always ready in the backlog using deep domain knowledge.
• Conduct end-user and customer research to clarify product fit and communicate customer and user needs to Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Ensure solutions delivered by ART generate tangible business value across production and service environments.
• Collaborate across ARTs to manage inter-ART dependencies and ensure timely integration of products into large solutions.
• Coordinate requirements, priorities, and dependencies across four teams working on production test software.
• Synchronize frequently with Product Owners of those teams, providing accurate business context and receiving feedback on implementation feasibility.
• Collaborate with System and Enterprise Architects, legal, and compliance to ensure solutions meet IP, relevant standards, system quality, and nonfunctional requirements.
